Cora is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of professional experience providing compassionate, trauma-focused care. She utilizes evidence-based approaches with an inclusive deep client-centered focus, ensuring each individual feels heard and supported in their unique journey. Known for being kind and compassionate, Cora also brings a directive and firm presence to her work, helping clients stay grounded as they navigate complex trauma, eating disorders, and substance use and for those seeking alignment during major life transitions or relational distress.
Additionally, Cora provides clinical supervision and support for Associate MFT providers.

Krista Gaston, LMFT
Krista is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Eco-Therapist, and Trauma Informed System Specialist seeking transformative justice from the bottom up. Krista brings almost a decade of experience in mental health working with youth, young adults, and parents across sociocultural locations. Krista most frequently works with folks who are developing their identities in leadership positions, those who are struggling with climate grief, and those navigating intersections of identity such as queerness and neuro-divergence. Krista brings an ecological paradigm to identity while navigating the emotional context of your inner and outer worlds so that you may move forward in alignment to your values.

By leading with an evidence-based and client-centered focus, Erica creates a soft space for healing while integrating Narrative and Attachment therapies.
